DETOX to Wellness!!

How are you? 2018 is here and I am ready to WERK! How about you? 

This month our focus will be detoxification. 

 

Detoxification is defined as a process or period of time in which one abstains from or rids the body of toxic or unhealthy substances; detoxification. 

Detoxing can create wellness with in you. 

As we focus on the 8 facets of wellness we can identify what we should detox from. 

Emotional- Are you holding on to some some mixed emotions, how can we get rid of it?

Environmental- What needs to be cleaned up and thrown away?

Financial- Did you over spend on the holidays? How do you recoupe what you spent?

Intellectual- Are you opening yourself to learning opportunities?

Physical- How are you challenging your body?

Occupational- Do you really want to work there?

Social - Are you committed to creating healthier relationships?

Spiritual- Is your faith sustaining you?

 

These are some questions that you may want to ask in the beginning process of detox. Detox is not just your body, but your mind as well. If your mindset is not right, how do you succeed? 

When creating a new mindset you may need to spend some time alone and actually right down these questions and focus on your responses. 

 

Detox is a process, not a quick answer. You will need to meditate, relax, relate, and release. Recognize your toxins and take them out.

Trust the process. Cleanse your, mind, body, and spirit.
