Please read this policy carefully. This is the Shipping, Return and Refund Policy of Wellness WERKS 8.

PHYSICAL ITEMS (Tee – Shirts, Pillows, Books, etc.) 

Some orders may take up to 5-7 business days to ship while orders that include pre-ordered styles may take up to 7-14 business days to ship. Orders placed with expedited shipping will ship the next business day. As soon as your order is packed and ready to ship, a shipping confirmation email will be sent along with tracking information. 


At this time, we are only able to accommodate domestic orders in the United States, Canada, Australia, and the UK. If you are located in another country and are interested in placing an order for our products, please contact to place a special order.


We want you to be completely delighted with your item. In the event that you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return the item(s) for a refund, store credit or exchange for a different item.

To make a return, please complete the Return Form included in your order. If you need an additional form, please email to receive a Return Form before sending your return. This Return Form must be included in your return package. Please fill out the form completely.  All returns must be postmarked within fifteen (15) days of your receipt of the ordered merchandise. Item(s) must be in original unused condition; all tags, cards, boxes and/or pouches must be included with your return. Any unauthorized returns (i.e. not including The Wellness Loft, LLC Return Form, which is included in your original shipment (to request another Return Form, please email us at, undelivered packages, or returns postmarked after fifteen (15) days of your receipt of the order, will be subject to a 20% restocking fee, or delivery may be refused and the merchandise returned to sender. Returns made after thirty (30) days of receipt will not be accepted.

Returns must be sent via U.S. Postal Service, FedEx, or UPS only. Return packages MUST been insured for the full retail value of the merchandise. Wellness WERKS 8 does not accept damaged merchandise. No refunds or store credit will be issued for merchandise returned in a used or damaged condition. Pack returns with adequate protective padding and materials, as merchandise damaged from improper packaging or otherwise will not be accepted.

Please note: Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, and customer is responsible for return shipping costs.  If you are entitled to a refund, your refund will be credited back to your original method of payment within 10-15 business days of receipt.  If an item you order is not available we will attempt to contact you to let you know of the unavailability. If we are unable to contact you, we will cancel the order. We will not substitute any item without your permission first. Price adjustments are not available for items which have gone on sale since being purchased. The Wellness Loft, LLC / Wellness WERKS 8 inspects all merchandise for defects and damage prior to shipment. However, it is the responsibility of the buyer to check the product promptly upon its arrival to make sure it is free of any defects. Goods damaged due to buyers’ use and/or negligence will not be accepted for refund. The Wellness Loft, LLC is not liable for any damages in the event that merchandise you receive from us is not of the type advertised. If you receive such merchandise, you may return it so long as you comply with all of the return policies of The Wellness Loft, LLC.

Sale Items: There are no refunds or exchanges for discontinued items or any items purchased on sale.

Digital Products: We do not issue refunds for digital products once the order is confirmed and the product is sent. We recommend contacting us for assistance if you experience any issues receiving or downloading our products.

On-site Classes Cancellation Policy In the event that you need to cancel, classes are 100% refundable up to 30 days before the class. A 50% refund is available if cancellation is within the 30 days window and before 7 days prior to the class. Cancellations made within the 7 days before the class are not eligible for a refund.



We neither sell nor share your information with outside companies or third parties. When you purchase from our online store, we collect your name, billing and shipping addresses, phone number, e-mail address, and credit card information. You provide this information so we can process and ship your order. We respect your privacy by not selling or sharing this information.



Payment is securely processed by PayPal. Your credit card and personal information is never shared.
